3D solid modeling

From simple to the complex, Orisys Infotech can support any of your CAD modeling needs.

• Our design team provides modeling expertise to work with your designers and engineers to develop 3D CAD data sets.
• If you have an actual part that you would like represented as a solid model we can reverse engineer the part and provide you with a cad data set.
• We develop solid models from other data such as digitized data, point clouds, 2D loft lines etc.

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering becomes necessary when one of the following aspects occurs:

• You want to replicate a part or tool but the 2D or 3D documentation is unavoidable.
• You are integrating OEM equipment into a system and you need dimensional information and 3D models
• Reverse engineering can be accomplished by either using physical measurement device (such as calipers, scales, tape measurements etc ) or with laser trackers.

The result being a complete 3D CAD model and drawing set which can now be used for fabrication and or documentation purpose.
