After getting approval from the Client, we offer a sample GIS conversion work, which must be of the type of work to be followed on confirmation. In this process the client may provide a small sample paper or scanned image of the map along with the concerned instructions, Legends to be followed while developing GIS for the assigned area.

On receipt of the paper/scanned map image, the same is analyzed by a team of experts to study the type of GIS to be developed (Engineering, Utility, Socio- Economic, Health, Irrigation, Water Supply, Education, Forest, Wild Life, Defense, etc.) keeping in mind the type of End-users and the purpose of the development of the System and instructions from the client (if any) which helps us to decide the requirement of software to be applied (if not specified by the client earlier), Projection system, the number of people to be involved, the level of expertise of the professionals involved, the approximate time required to finish the drawing and lastly the approximate cost for producing the same.

Once the analysis is done, the raster map image is handed over to the floor to be executed for conversion into digital format with the prescribed software, with specified number of professionals with required level of expertise. The default attribute data is attached with the map along with the data/photo supplied by the client to make the system an intelligent information tool for the decision makers.

After being converted to the required GIS format, the output is checked by our highly experienced members of the QC team to ensure the correctness of the work as per the required parameters manually or programmatically or both depending upon its requirements.

Depending upon the instructions of the client, the GIS files are submitted either by electronic mail (e-mail/FTP) or posted after being written into a CD.

Client is provided with the capability to control the progress on each of the activities at any stage of development. It is expected to get the first feed back regarding the drawing being delivered within 15 days of its receipt. On receipt of the feed back from the client end, it is processed by our team of experts to meet the client’s need (if any) and the modified file is sent to the client. It is expected to receive the positive feedback in written format as to show that “the drawing is through or approved”. Any variation in the type of drawings is concerned to new estimations.
